What is CP42 - Catering inspection and certification
Commercial Catering and kitchen Gas Safety Certificate – CP42 is the Gas Safe Registers recognised code for commercial catering gas safety inspection and certification.
Inspection should be carried out every year in accordance with Gas Safety regulations and must be carried out by an approved Gas Safe engineer. Gas safety inspections on all commercial catering kitchen is a legal requirement and the certificate should be kept for auditing purposes.
