We will write to you towards the end of your policy to invite you to renew, with details of the price, level of cover and any changes we make. The good news is you can auto-renew your policy with us to help keep you covered against the cost of boiler breakdowns and home emergencies 24/7 for another year. If you decide not to auto-renew and we do not hear from you by the end of your contract, your cover will end. If you don’t renew you would require a new policy (new policy exclusions and claims limits would apply).

Your policy will commence once your application has been approved, which can take up to 3 working days. No claims can be made within the first 14 days of the policy. This is to prevent claims on pre-existing problems and to keep premiums low.
Your payment will be taken by Celmeng Plumbing and Heating Solution Ltd. 'Celmeng Plumbing and Heating' will appear on your bank statement. If there are any changes to the Direct Debit, you will be given 10 days notice.
